Landschaften von "biblisch karger" Schönheit, phantastische Wolkenbilder und ein wunderbares Licht liessen in mir das Projekt für ein Portfolio reifen. Im Frühsommer 85 reiste ich mit dem Berner Grafiker T. und M. nach Lanzarote und klapperte die Insel nach Szenerien ab, dabei ging es mir um die Natur einerseits, andererseits aber auch um formal aesthetische und surreal poetische Bildinhalte.
